How does it work ?
Step 1
Provide Elite Mobile Tech with your drivers license and completed form.
Step 2
We collect your fingerprints using a live scan machine.
Step 3
Your prints are securely submitted to Michigan State Police.
Our Policy
- Credit/debit card payments are required at the time of booking appointment. Cash payments are due at the beginning of appointment prior to performing services.
- Refunds for fingerprint services are given for cancellations made at least 24-48 hours prior to appointment.
- A reprint will be given free of charge to clients whose prints were rejected due to print impressions. Clients have 45 days from the date the fingerprints were taken to submit proof; such as documentation from the institution stating fingerprints were rejected.
